Dancers of New York' showcased in slow motion video shot entirely on iPhone 6

The iPhone 6 has a lot of great features, and one of them is slow motion video capture at 240 fps. How people take advantage of that, though, is the truly remarkable thing.
For Tristan Pope, a director and photographer, using the iPhone 6 as his main camera for shooting video isnt completely out of the norm. In fact, Pope is an avid user of slo-mo, and he used ipod transfer software that feature in his short film entitled Dancers of New York, which was recently selected as a contestant within the International  Mobil Film Festival. In the video, dancers show off a series of moves, including high kicks, twisting leaps, and other acts of acrobatics all in slow motion.
Pope actually started the project almost immediately after the iPhone 6 launched last year, and hes been wowed by the results ever since.
When I hit record and she did her dance move, transfer music from ipod to itunes I remember thinking ‘Well, that was cool,” Pope said. The two huddled over the phone to check out the results. Not only could they see a stunning move from prep to finish, they could discern where it needed to be improved upon and repositioned to ensure the next shot was perfect, both in terms of technical execution, and camera angles and lighting.
It wasnt always perfect, though, as Pope says that shooting in slo-mo in low-light situations wasnt always ideal, and didnt produce how to transfer music from ipod to iphone the best results. Pope says that while the footage he took at night was decent, at best, it was still too grainy to include in the final Dancers of New York film.
